Yahoo Site Explorer Replacement Options

I have only been acquainted with Yahoo! Site Explorer (YSE) For just a week when I discovered the news that it has been shut down.

YSE was a free instrument that net marketers use to Acquire Backlink statistics along with a wealth of additional information accumulated by Yahoo! on a particular site. This had been a really helpful tool for assessing websites - yours, or your competitor. Decisions concerning your own SEO efforts may also be affected by the results churned from YSE. It was a helpful SEO tool, but unfortunately it has been discontinued.

Rather than getting disappointed, I am now reading up on Yahoo Site Explorer alternatives, mostly tips by other search engine optimization pros, to find that which one can best replace, or even exceed what YSE offered. Here Are Just Some of the free options I found:

Open Site Explorer - This tool by SEO Moz seems pretty Straightforward, having a Google-type front-page. It offers a detailed link investigation of websites. A free version can be found, however it only allows limited usage of query results. The upside is, it is probably the only one with this list that takes multiple web site questions for comparison (upto 5). Updating to PRO status for about $ 99 a month will unlock the restrictions.

Majestic Search Engine Optimization - Majestic SEO has been receiving great reviews on Backlink analysis, however, taking a look at its completely free option, it doesn't give off a lot of information. There are almost no results given and soon you enroll for a free account, but a paid account seems a far better option because it affords more results. Paid plans start in #24.99.

Search metrics - Search metrics can be a promising tool. Additionally, it Comes with an easy to navigate interface, however it focuses on keyword metrics, maybe backlinks. Much like the many others, an upgrade to paid status is necessary to savor the whole matter.

Ahrefs Group Buy-This provides the most comprehensive free Results I've seen on backlink analysis and it even has a section on SERP investigation. Free loaders can enjoy as much as unlimited requests per day only. Paid plans start at $14.99 a month, which unlocks more comprehensive info.

Domain-pop and Backlink watch- All these are easy backlink Checkers, that focus on only that. Domain-pop serves quick effects, but although backlink watch takes some time to churn out an inventory, it really is more detailed than the prior. Both are absolutely free tools, without extra paid features.

Who links to my Website - This website guarantees a free backlink report But one wants to register first to receive the results by email. It feels like a lot of work, but it might be well worth trying.

Yahoo! Site Explorer wasn't entirely ceased. The Bulletin from Yahoo! states that it has been incorporated with the brand new Bing Webmaster Tools. But instead of being able to run queries on various websites like before, you may just input your own websites that are registered to research.

These free YSE replacement instruments may not be at par together with what It used to provide, but a combination of the things they need to offer is useful, Especially for people who aren't ready for paid services.
